Weekday: $53 per person/per night
Weekend: $56 per person/per night
Suites: $140 per night (2 person max)
(no minimum stay required; Inn prices include deluxe continental breakfast)

cabin rates

Weekend: $49 per person/per night
Weekday: $45 per person/pernight
(there is a minimum rate on all cabins: no minimum stay required)

katahdin house rates

Weekend: $49 per person/per night
Weekday: $45 per person/pernight
(Katahdin House minimum rate is $450 week day, $490 weekend with a 2 night minimum stay - Suite not included)

camping rates

Tenting: $10 per person/per night
Lean-to: $13 per person/per night (minimum 2 persons)
(no minimum stay required; campers must arrive no later than 11pm)

other rates

Firewood: $6 per bundle
Canoe/Kayak Rental: $5 per hour/ $15 per day
Hat/T-Shirts/Fleece Jackets: Prices Vary

our policies

Pets: We do not allow pets on our property.
If you have a pet and are in need of boarding contact:

Reservations: All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking and do not include tax. Remaining balance due 29 days out.

Cancellations: Prior to 30 days of arrival, full refund; cancellation within 30 days, no refund/forfeiture of deposit. No adjustments or refunds for early departures.

Check-in Inn & Cabins: 3pm.
Check-out:10am.

Check-in Camping: 3pm, no latter than 11pm.
Check-out: 10am.

Quiet hours are 11pm-6am and are strictly enforced.
