Inn Rates
Shared Bath: $75 per person/night
Suites: $190 per night (2 person max) (Suites 1-3)
Master Suites: $225 per night (2 person min) (Suites 4 -7 & 22)
(Two night weekend stays ONLY in July & August rates includes continental breakfast
Prices do not include Maine Sales Tax & Fee's
Two night minimum required for Inn Suites.
Cabin Rates
Per Person: $70 per person/night if minimum is met
(there is a minimum rate on all cabins, depending on cabin size, starting at $130 for our smallest two person cabin; 2 night minimum.
Prices do not include Maine Sales Tax & Fee's
Camping Rates
Tenting: $15 per person/night
Rv Site / H20 & electric: $24 per person/per night (minimum 2 persons)
Lean-to: $18 per person/per night (minimum 2 persons)
(no minimum stay required; campers must arrive no later than 11pm)
Prices do not include Maine Sales Tax - 9%
Other Rates
Firewood: $7 per bundle
Canoe/Kayak/Paddle Board Rental: $6 per hour or $25 per day
Hat/T-Shirts/Fleece Jackets: Prices Vary
Our Policies
Pets: Dogs are welcome in our campground. However, we do not have any pet-friendly cabins. Pets are not permitted inside the Inn.
Please follow these rules and expectations:
• Pet must be on a leash at all times
• Pet must not be left unattended because of the summer heat, barking, and possible damage.
• Must pick up after your pet.

Tax: All rates are subject to 9% Maine sales tax.
Reservations: All reservations required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
PLEASE NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN CABINS OR INN ROOMS/SUITES, FINES MAY OCCUR.
Cancellations: As an independently owned and operated inn, we do not overbook our accommodations - each reservation is made for a specific date, accommodation, number of guests and we are expecting you! Cancellations and changes made with short notice impact us significantly. We do sympathize, however, we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and accommodation demands.
Prior to 30 days of arrival, full refund; cancellation within 30 days, no refund/forfeiture of deposit. No adjustments or refunds for early departures. Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather. As such, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Check-in: 4pm-10pm
Check-out: 10am.
Towels: Towels are provided for inn and suite guests. Cabin guests must bring their own towels, or they may call in advance to arrange for towels to be rented.
Quiet hours are 10pm-6am and are strictly enforced.
